No cursor in tags field

Description

No cursor is shown if user enters dive editing mode by clicking inside "tags" field.
One has to click on any other field first and then back in "tags" field - or start typing - to get a cursor.

Moreover, due to blue coloring, cursor in tags field in barely visible anywy.

This is a known issue and we have no good workaround
If we allow a simple cursor click to enable the tag editing, then scrolling the tab with the scroll wheel / scroll gesture and randomly being above the tag field starts editing mode. That's too annoying for words.

But the other question is of we could make the cursor more visible. Are there different cursor styles available?

Fix the cursor problem on the TagWidget?

The problem was the Focus Prevention system on the
EventFilter?. Instead of that we can pass the setFocusPolicy (
strongFocus ) that ignores the mousewheel. simpler and cleaner.
